John Hansen and Hansen PSC, Inc. began in Menlo Park, California as a brokerage, investment & entitlement firm in 1972 scheduling projects such as apartments, land acquisition and entitlements. Since then we have blossomed into a full-service development organization.

Our Vision is to acquire, entitle and develop office, storage and residential land in order to improve the economic and social well-being of the surrounding environment. LEADERSHIP

John R. Hansen, President

John R. Hansen is the president of Hansen PSC, Inc. Mr. Hansen has been involved in the real estate field for the past 35 years holding positions in property management, brokerage, construction and development of land office buildings, apartments, homes and self storage facilities. Mr. Hansen resides with his family in Menlo Park, California.

Ron R. Frye, Vice President - Finance & Accounting

Ron Frye has been involved in a wide variety of finance and accounting positions over the past 39 years including over 7 years as an accounting manager at KPMG, and over 14 years in major international homebuilding organizations. Mr. Frye has held the esteemed titles of CFO at McKeon Construction and CFO of Barratt Homes, the largest homebuilder in the United Kingdom. Mr. Frye is currently a Vice President and CFO of Hansen PSC and holds a BS Degree in accounting from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Frye works in Menlo Park, California.

David Garland, Vice President - Acquisitions & Land Development

Dave Garland is responsible for overseeing national and international real estate business development efforts including investment, land acquisition and disposition. Mr. Garland has worked and consulted for top global organizations in the broadcasting, communications, training and real estate industries. Mr. Garland holds a BA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame; an Associates degree with highest honors from Oxford University; and an International MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia and the Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands. Mr. Garland currently works in the Menlo Park office and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Construction Specialist and active member of the Urban Land Institute.
